BM&S Partners Lisa Black and John Bieder to Attend USLAW Construction Law Forum

John W. Bieder will attend the 2025 USLAW Network Construction Law
Executive Legal Forum, October 22–24 at Charleston Place in
Charleston, South Carolina.

John will serve as a facilitator for the session “Experts in the
Trenches: Leveraging Expert Witnesses for Strategic Advantage in
Construction Disputes” on October 23. This interactive discussion
will highlight best practices for selecting, preparing, and
collaborating with expert witnesses in construction cases.
