Tyler is an experienced attorney whose background spans civil litigation, criminal prosecution, financial services, and regulatory compliance. His diverse experience gives him a practical and strategic approach to identifying complex issues, assessing risk, and helping clients navigate challenging legal matters.
Tyler has served in a senior compliance role within the financial services industry, where his work included regulatory compliance, conflicts of interest, disclosures and product oversight. He also contributed to the review of a broad range of investment products and strategies.
Tyler began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office before entering private practice, where he represented major hospitals and other clients in medical malpractice litigation. His experience in the courtroom, private practice, and the highly regulated financial-services industry provides him with a broad perspective in representing clients and developing practical solutions.
