BM&S Partner Dana Marjieh Receives Arab America Foundation 40 Under 40 Award
The Arab America Foundation recently announced the awardees of their 40 Under 40 initiative. Among the 40 Arab American awardees from more than 14 states is Black Marjieh & Sanford LLP’s founding Partner Dana K. Marjieh.
The organization’s 40 Under 40 award is a celebration of accomplished young Arab Americans. The program spotlights Arab American professionals in all fields and business sectors, including education, law, public service/politics, non-profit, business leaders, entrepreneurs, engineers, medical professionals, artists, entertainers, writers, and media representatives.
“We are proud to launch this historic initiative that recognizes all of the successes and accomplishments Arab Americans contribute to our society,” said Warren David, co-founder of the Arab America Foundation and president of Arab America. “The awardees truly exemplify our mission of connecting and empowering Arab Americans. We are delighted to see so many young Arab Americans take pride in their heritage and devote their time to making the world a better place.”
Dana is a skilled litigator with experience representing clients at all stages of state and federal court proceedings. Her areas of focus include commercial litigation, cyber risk, privacy and data security, professional liability, premises liability and general liability.
She has a broad range of experience handling various commercial, business and civil matters for her diverse and international clientele. Dana’s experience includes the provision of legal assistance and counsel to U.S. companies in relation to the establishment of local branches in countries throughout the Middle East.

The 40 Under 40 awardees for the class of 2020 will be honored at the Connect Arab America: Empowerment Summit on Thursday, December 10, 2020.
