Magdalena is a skilled civil litigator with extensive experience in a wide range of matters as well as trial experience. Her analytic and strategic skills enable her to reach innovative and cost-effective outcomes for her clients.
Magdalena’s legal career includes experience working in the New York City Law Department, Tort Division, in the Queens and Bronx offices where she handled high-exposure cases including state and federal claims. She has experience in premises liability, negligent supervision, municipal liability, motor vehicle accidents, police cases, labor and employment, and health care.
Magdalena understands the importance of listening to her clients and in fully understanding their challenges and needs as she works to obtain the best possible outcomes.
