Nicole is an insurance and litigation defense attorney focused on the areas of general liability, premises liability and construction-related matters. She is a former Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Office of Corporation Counsel. Nicole has successfully defended the City of New York, its composite agencies and employees in civil trials in the Bronx Tort Trial Unit, resulting in several defense verdicts.
Nicole is the recipient of the New York City Bar Association’s 2016 Municipal Affairs Award. She was also the recipient of the Office of Corporation Counsel’s 2011 Legal Rookie of the Year Award, an honor given to a select few outstanding assistant corporation counsels during their first year of service.
Demonstrating her commitment to giving back and inspiring youths in the law, Nicole volunteers as a trial coach for seventh and eighth grade students in the South Bronx who compete in the yearly Thurgood Marshall Mock trial competitions.
